Do you want a free Jinhao fountain pen?

We recently received a number of Jinhao pens with #5 nibs instead of the usual #6 nibs. They come in some of our most popular models, the Jinhao x750 Frosted BlackJinhao x750 Shimmering Sands, and the Jinhao 159 Yellow. They are similar to the usual Jinhao pens we carry, but with a smaller grip section and a smaller nib. Don’t worry- we still have other Jinhao models that you know and love available with the regular #6 nib, and have more #6 nib Jinhao X750 Frosted Black, Shimmering Sands and 159 Yellow on the way.

This is the good part- we’re offering a buy one get one free for these three pens! You can mix and match the models and there is no limit to how many you can order. For every pen purchased, you’ll receive another free #5 nib Jinhao fountain pen! Just add both of the pens you want to your cart and watch the price disappear.

  • Uuuuugh I want some, but I’m still waiting to get paid on both my jobs and I literally can’t afford anything right now to feed my pen addiction (I’ve fed it a little with a Konrad in January and it’s not demanding another sacrifice yet). Any idea how long these will stay around? I’ll probably jump on the frosted black and the shimmering sands as soon as I’m back to having a decent amount of money in my bank account!

    • Hey Amaryllis! I’m not really sure how long it’ll last, unfortunately. It depends on how many people want them!

I am SO gifting these. At least one of them! If they write like the 450, the person will fall in love with it.

    • Hi there! This would make such a great gift… for yourself and a friend! Which ones are you going to get?

Done and done! The black and the shimmer. So excited to try a number 5.

I ordered two of the frosted black x750s. I have a x450 on the way from China, and have been itching to try it out the two similar pens head to head. I have had terrible luck with Jinhaos, having owned and thrown out both models in the past, but I feel that even if the nibs and feeds are terrible I can change them out with spare parts that I have on hand. The real question is if the No. 5 nibs will work. I assume Goulet Pens people have tested them? Is the feed No. 5-sized as well? I’m betting that the smaller nib may actually work better with the x750’s feed than their giant no. 6 nibs!

    • Hi Dan! Since the nib is a #5, I’d assume the nib is as well. I’ll double check tomorrow and get back to you. 🙂

I didn’t read the product description carefully enough– it looks like the entire section and feed are no. 5 as well. I’m still eager to see how they compare to the no. 6s.

The 159 looks so weird with that tiny nib, that it´s almost cute!
