My new Delta Journal Matte Ivory pen – it just came Tuesday and I am really loving it, so it will get a lot of use this Fall. Inked with Lexington Gray now. Another wonderful Thursday Things, I just love these and this one is especially thrilling as I love rocks & minerals like the creek stones you use in these great photos. The Edison Beaumont is one of my favorite pens too. Thinking about getting one of the Nemosine Singularity pens.

So glad to hear you’re loving your new Delta Journal, Tom! Lexington Grey is a great ink choice for it! These rocks actually came from Narragansett, RI. I picked them all up on the beach when I was on vacation a few weeks ago, knowing full well that Sarah would find a gorgeous use for them in her photos. They fit perfectly with the theme. I was so excited!

Lydia, that is so wonderful that your beach rocks contributed to this great theme, and that you are on the alert for items for Sarah to use. Their texture and colors really do enhance this theme.

          Thank you 🙂

I have two TWSBIs, a Diamond 580 Rose Gold and a white Eco, and I love them so much that I’m almost certainly getting a third this fall when I go on vacation, a Vac 700. A sturdy, attractive demonstrator pen that holds a ton of ink right there in the body — no cartridge or converter — so you can see it sloshing around, a pen that never ever dries out or fails to start: what’s not to love about that?

I sure do like the look of those Nemosine pens. So many beautiful colours!

I have recently discovered the greatness of TWSBIs. That will be my next pen purchase for sure!

My favorite no-color color! And the collection is only missing my favorite ink, Lexington Gray.

  • I love grey ink! And I’m so glad I ordered a Nemosine Singularity… it look so elegant!

What’s your favourite grey? I love a cold grey that kind of looks like pencil graphite so for me it’s a tossup between Iroshizuku Fuyu-syogun (they also do a warm grey, Kiri-same) and Herbin Gris Nuage.

  • Kathy

I keep coming back to these photos. Grey is usually not one of my favorite colors, but after admiring these pix several times, I’m changing my mind. The Delta Journal Matte Ivory is particularly stunning. That’s going on the wish list. I love all of the Thursday Things, but this is probably my favorite. Thanks for sharing your talents!!!!

Oh gosh, this post is just for me! I love grays…

  • Starchix

I love that Delta Journal in Matte Ivory! I think I need it for my new wonderful De Atramentis Fog Gray ink. I love the way it goes on looking like dark grey-almost-black, then dries to a silvery grey. It definitely belongs on the list!
