30 seconds – Pilot Iroshizuku Momiji is a bit on the wetter side, so it follows that it would take a little bit longer to dry.

Drip Test (Water Resistance):

Medium – As you can see with the drip test, you can see a little bit of the lines left behind, but this is not a very water resistant ink. It works well for ink washes, and art projects though.

Saturation:

Medium – There is a bit of a difference between 1 and 3, but not really any difference between 2 and 3. It's pretty consistent between swabs.

Ease of Cleaning:

Medium – This ink is very easy to clean from a pen, but it's a different story if you get it on your hands! You're bound to have a little pink left over if you get it on your fingers.

Shading:

Low – There is practically no shading with Momiji, which is interesting, because with enough ink, you can get some light sheen.

Flow:

Medium – Like most Iroshizuku inks, this has a good flow. It works well with all nib sizes.
